Welcome to KB Blades! We appreciate your time and interest.
Our Specialty –
KB Blades specializes in custom designed, superior quality, handcrafted knives. We offer a wide array of styles and designs. However, we also love the opportunity to customize a knife design that will work specifically for you.
Quality
All of our products start with quality materials and are honed to precise detail. From the original design, all the way through the process to the end work of refining, polishing and putting in the razor sharp edge, we make painstaking efforts to ensure that every step is perfected prior to moving on the the next step.
A good quality knife, that will last, is an investment. Many people purchase a great many knives throughout their lives, only to find that they don’t last, don’t hold an edge and won’t hold up to the work for which they are needed. Our knives will last a lifetime, in fact several lifetimes. These are knives that could become heirloom pieces to be handed down.
Customization
KB Blades can take use the ideas of what you want and need in a knife and create for you, a knife that will fit all of those needs. Whether it be a daily carry utilitarian knife, a personal defense knife, a skinner or more survival style knives, we can design one that will work for you. Contact us for more information.
Why Invest in a Handcrafted Knife
There are so many knives on the market. You can pick up a knife just about anywhere these days. Most of them come off of an assembly line and/or straight from China. How many knives have you purchased over the years? How many of them do you still have and are still viable? When you purchase a mass produced knife, you get what you pay for. It may do it’s job for a short time, but it won’t last….and the edge certainly won’t last.
When you invest in a handcrafted knife, you are getting more than a pressed and sharpened piece of metal, packaged in a blister pack. You are getting a final product that took hours upon hours of individual attention to every aspect of the process. From designing and shaping, to drilling and grinding, to heat treating and tempering, to more …much more grinding, to creation of handle scales and polishing/finishing, to creating a custom fitted sheath, to putting that razor sharp edge on it; an edge that will last. When you invest in a handcrafted knife, you are investing in a tool that will last you a lifetime, a potential heirloom that can be passed down and loved by many.
